He is survived by: his wife Carol Francis; his daughter Carrie Francis-Balwinczak (Roman); his grandchildren, Nicole Francis (Drew) and Alex Balwinczak; his sisters-in-law, Cathy Harding (Bill) and Margaret Carroll (Robert); and his nieces and nephews, Micheal, Jeffery, Sara, Raymond and Stefanie.
