He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Kim Kitchen, Lynn Kitchen, Tania (Jack MacArthur) and Rob Cameron (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Mikayla (Brent), Zach (Emma), Jordan (Brie), Nicholas (Grace), Graydon and Chase; his great grandchild Bella; his siblings, John Kitchen (Lee), Bruce Kitchen (Claudette) and Lynda (James Cricket); and his siblings-in-law, Jean Kitchen and Gail Kitchen.
