She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary'Mae' Forth and John Forth. She is survived by: her child BJ; her child-in-law Jess of Waterdown; and her grandchildren, Mia and Will.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Bethel Missionary Church (18 Ferndale Rd, Lion's Head, ON N0H1W0).
