He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Julia Kreller; his brother Arnold Kreller; and his brother-in-law Melvin Warnick. He is survived by: his children, Allister 'Al', Renee Kreller of Gorrie, Tom and Shirley Kreller of St. Jacobs; his grandchildren, Teresa Kreller, Stacy, Adam Koebel, Christopher Kreller, Bryce, Summer Kreller and Carly Kreller; his great grandchildren, Keagan, Kodyn, Bryson, Braelyn and Laykin; his goddaughter Dorothy Kreller; and his siblings, Melvin, Helen Kreller of Clifford and Annie Warnick of Tavistock.
