She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Gabel and Joyce Gabel (Broome); and her nephew Jay. She is survived by : her siblings, Jack Gabel (Diane), Joanne Whitney (Wayne) and Jeff Gabel (Mandy); and her nieces and nephews, Matt (Allie), Scott (Holly), Kelly (Scott), Joel, Dustin (Karley), Carlie (Tyler), Abbie (Tyler) and Alexis.

Lee Talbot wrote a sympathy message

“I had been concerned that I had not heard from Judy in some time. Her phone was disconnected and I had been meaning to go bang on her door to give her shit for not giving me her new number. I dont know what made me look here today, too many dear souls slipping away unnoticed this year. I never did get to meet any of you, so sorry for your loss. I met Judy in 2011, We became good friends, enjoyed many good times and gut wrenching laughs together. Rest in Peace my friend - Lee Talbot”
