He was predeceased by: his son Ron Bouwknegt; his parents, Klaas Bouwknegt and Jantje Bouwknegt; his sister Grace Bouwknegt; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Morphy, David Borth, George Borth, Jake Borth, Susan Jacklin and Jim Furlong.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Bouwknegt (Borth); his grandchildren, Kirsten, Chris Ireland and Mackenzie Bouwknegt; his brother Gary Bouwknegt; and his sister-in-law Audrey Borth. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends.
As expressions of sympathy donations to North Perth Hospice or the Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
