She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Coulter and Eva Coulter; and her brother Robert Coulter. She is survived by : her husband Gary O'Grady; her children, Jeff, Jenn O'Grady of Listowel, Mark O'Grady and Cynthia Lawrence of Listowel; her grandchildren, Sarah O'Grady, Brandon Pehlke, Nick O'Grady, Nicole Erb, Emma O'Grady, Tanysha O'Grady, Dylan O'Grady, Tarrah Smith and Zoe O'Grady; her mother-in-law Luella O'Grady of Mitchell; her nephew Doug Coulter; and her niece Lisa Aupin of Kitchener.

As expressions of sympathy donations to Palmerston Hospital Foundation, Louise Marshall Hospital or the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
