He was predeceased by: his spouse Betty-Ann; and his siblings, Bobby, Margaret, Doreen and Patsy.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Najbor (Steve), John Higgs (Lynn) and Gord Higgs (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Sean, Johnathan, Mickel, Joseph, Tessa, Emma-Marie, Cameron and Trayden; and his sister Nancy Armstrong. He is also survived by family members and friends.
