He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly; his son Michael Sawyer; and his brother Phillip. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Sawyer of Little Britain, Terry Sawyer of Little Britain and Murray Sawyer of Fenelon Falls; and his brothers, Keith Sawyer (Sheila) of Minden and Wayne Sawyer of Minden.
