He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Weston Machum and Gladys Hazel Machum; and his siblings, Gordon Otty Machum (Marian Everett), Elizabeth Doreen (Douglas Mitchell), Shirley Jeanne (Allan Edwin Jarrett) and Catherine Helen Lyle (Robert Beck).
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Fowler Machum; his brother Gerald Richard (Doreen Hunt); his children, David (Nancy), Lisa Rodger and Michele Gunn (Ian); and his stepchildren, Karen Brown (James) and Barry Fowler. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
