He was predeceased by : his wife Marlene Spry; and his brothers, David Spry and Bernard Spry (Georgina Holmes). He is survived by : his children, Leigh Ann Phillips (Bob), Michael Spry (Carrie) and Kevin Spry; his grandchildren, Marshal Spry, Colby Spry, Adam Spry, Erin Spry and Leah Carrick; and his siblings, Stewart Spry (Mary) and Carol Love (late Jack). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Lee's honour to the Mindemoya Hospital "Let's Emerg Together" Fund or to the Mindemoya Hospital Auxiliary.
