He was predeceased by: his wife Carole; his parents, Sylvia Middaugh and Sylvenus Middaugh; his sibling Jean; his nephew Willard; and his siblings, Lloyd, Leland, Dorne, Faye and Twyla.
He is survived by: his children, Freida Tann (Murray), Lois Keller, David, Roxanne, Gwen and Patricia Middaugh; his son-in-law Mike Desroches; and his sister Donna. He is also survived by his grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
