He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Moggy and Elsie Moggy; and his fiancée Jill Carr. He is survived by: his siblings, Norma Hembruff (Don), Hugh (Marilyn), Rae Skippen (John) and Glenn; his daughters, Lisa Hallaert (Frank) and Dawn Roque (Andy); and his grandchildren, Billy, Jacob, Emily, Daniel and Hudson. He is also survived by eight nieces, nephews and many cousins turned into life long friends.
