He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Hardacre and Kathleen Hardacre; his brother Derek (Marlene); his wife Yvonne; his daughters, Sarah Mallory (Matthew) and Heather Armstrong (Robert); his grandchildren, Abigail, Evan, Jack and Sam; his brother-in-law Anthony Durkac; and his grandson Winston. He was also cherished by several cousins.
