We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2018, at the age of 78, Adam Stephen Cornelius Levschuk (London, Ontario), born in Whitney, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his husband Joyce Levschuk (Storey). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Stephanie Levschuk, Adam Levschuk, Alisha Zylstra, Travis White, Eric Farrace, Michael Farrace and Taylor Caswell; his great grandchildren, Zoey Zylstra, Owen Zylstra, Hayden White and Hunter White; and his significant other Pinto.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in Adam's name can be made to the Stedman Hospice and Lansdowne Children's Centre.
