He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruuard Vanderveen and Minke Vanderveen; and his brother Henry. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Ron (Heather), Brad and Sherri (Brad); and his stepsons, Derek (Jana) and Jared Alger.
