He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, George, John and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Gloria, Avalon, Julie, Brooke and Brent; his sister Olga Spivak; his nephews, Walter Spivak and Nick Schidowka; and his caregivers, Ryan and Phil of Joe's Hospice.
