He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Fotheringhame, John Fotheringhame and Susan Mitchell (John); and his parents, John Fotheringhame and Margaret Fotheringhame (Anderson).
He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Ford (Gregory) and Wendy Creed (Mike); his grandchildren, Jessica Johnston (Bryan), Kyle Ford (Sheena), Katelyn Creed (Cody) and Kelsey Nording (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Tucker, Ella and Bryn Johnston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital Foundation or the charity of one's choice in lieu of flowers.
