Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Anne leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Fong and Mary Fong. She is survived by: her son Simon Fong Bernardo; her siblings, Catherine (Dave) and Anthony (Jane); her aunt Linda; and her cousin Patrick.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams Funeral Home (45 Elgin St, St Thomas, ON N5R3L9). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
