She was predeceased by: her husband Mervin Shaw; and her child Ken (Sandy). She is survived by: her children, Doug (Heather), Janet Horton (John), Deborah (Jerry), Tom (Marian), Chris (Stacy) and Steven (Lisa); her siblings, Carolyn Thomson and Lynda Fralic (Verne); and her friend Eva Hodgins.
