It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur David Cooney (London, Ontario), who passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Kerri Cooney; and his grandson Anthony Symons. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Cooney (Margaret Greene); his daughters, Sandra Wilde (Rick) and Jodi Cooney; his grandchildren, Erin Wilde, Candace Blanchette (Carlos) and Robbie Cooney; and his brothers, Arn Cooney (Bev) and Orval Cooney. He is also survived by many nieces, other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1997 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to South Huron Hospital – Exeter, would be appreciated.
