Basil Alan Cusack Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Cusack and Leola Cusack; and his brother Jack. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Cusack (Leigh Ann) and Sarah Chappell (Michael); and his grandchildren, Michael, Lucas, Bryn and Ronan. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
