She is survived by: her children, Michael Worrall (Kathy) of London, Joanne Phillipson (late Brian) of London and Richard Worrall of London; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Dave), Nicole, Carrie (Sean), Sean (Denise), Catherine (Meredith) and Chris (J. D.); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Matthew, Renee, Sydney, Kate, McKenzie, Meghan, Mark, Sarah, Liam and Emmett; and her sibling's children, Cathy, Sheila and John.
