He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty Lewis; his children, Jeffrey Lewis of Bayfield and Jamie Lewis Teeter (Matt) of London; his grandson Alexander; his mother Audrey Lewis Stephenson (late Bill); his mother-in-law Doris Culbert of Lucknow; his father Jack Lewis; his father-in-law Howard Culbert; his siblings, Gloria, John Keet of Dunnville and Christie Lewis of Stratford; and his stepsiblings, Kelly Stephenson and Doug Stephenson. He was also cherished by brothers and sisters, his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Due to the current pandemic restrictions, a Private Family Interment Service will be held at Blyth Union Cemetery on Thursday, June 18, 2020.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated.
