He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Buck and Margaret Buck. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Evan Sterling and Grahame Sterling (Jessica); his grandchildren, Rosie and Finn Sterling; his siblings, Bob Buck (Liza) and Kathy (Dave Wentzell); and his siblings-in-law, Susan (Ted Torrance) and David Gale (Ida Fanelli).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home (1559 Fanshawe Park Rd E, London, ON N5X3Z9). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
