He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Burbank and Irene Burbank of Coalville, England.. He is survived by: his significant other Ann Marie Roth; his son Mike Burbank (Theressa); his granddaughter Haley Burbank; his siblings, Maureen Burbank (Andrew) and David Burbank (Connie); and his adoptive daughter Lisa McGinnes (Kevin).
