He was predeceased by: his wife Jane (Kastelein); and his stepson John Kastelein. He is survived by: his daughter Christine; his grandson Michael of London, England.; his daughter Joan of London, England.; his stepson Arthur Kastelein (Laura); his stepgrandchildren, Carson and Abbey; and his friend Rick.
