He was predeceased by: his wife Joy Elizabeth Jamieson; and his sibling Inez. He is survived by: his children, Rick (Carolyn) and Sandra (Ken); his significant other Joan Elliott; and his siblings, Jerry, Earl and Bert. He is also survived by his extended family, including his many nephews, nieces, friends.
