She was predeceased by: her daughter Christina Mayhew. She is survived by: her husband Peter Jacobsen; her children, Erik Jacobsen (Birgit) of London and Anita Jacobsen of Stratford; her son-in-law Brent Mayhew (Angela); her grandchildren, Nicolai, Tatiana Jacobsen, Ian, Paul Bennett, Peter and Robert Mayhew; and her siblings, Olaf, Ramm (Barbara) of North Carolina and Andreas Koch (Uta) of Munich, Germany..
Due to current COVID restrictions, a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
