She was predeceased by: her husband Emmanuel "Sunny" Harmsworth. She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Rowles (Ken Lee), Dolores Harmsworth, Melita Cronin (Wayne) and Thomas Emmanuel Harmsworth; her grandchildren, Brenda (Mike), Jennifer (Pierre-Carl), Melissa, Danielle (Andrew), Christopher and Kyle (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Joshua, Brieann, Raiden and Celeste; her siblings, Josie Catania (Fred) and Tony Pace; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Pace (late Lawrence) and Catherine Harmsworth (late Roger).

As per Carmen's wishes, the family requests memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, be made to St. Joseph's Hospice.
