It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Smith (London, Ontario), who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Steve Smith (Tanice) and Kim Bendall; her mother Sheena Jacob; and her caregivers, Trevor, Charisma and Essa. She was also cherished by her extended family, cousins and friends.
