It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caroline Fernande Collins (London, Ontario), who passed away on February 9, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Collins; and her siblings, John, Walter and Marie. She is survived by: her children, Michael, Deb Collins of Stratford, Lynn and John Tokarewicz of Komoka.
