She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Smith and Arlene Smith; and her daughter Lorretta. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Tammy (John), Tom (Jen) and Rich (Paula); and her grandchildren, Cord, Doug, Leitisha, Scarlette, Olivia and Sophia. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
