She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Isobel Young and Ray William Kennedy; and her brother Doug Kennedy. She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Donlan, Michael Smith (Alison Griffiths) and Melody Salton (Ean Brosnan); her grandchildren, Cameron Donlan (Victoria), Adam Donlan (Nichole Myers), Trenton Smith and Dawson Smith; her siblings, Judy Kennedy, Eileen Wilton, Audrey Rafferty, Lawrence Young (Dianna Stevenson) and Alex Young (Rachelle Forget); and her foster siblings, Shirley Bosley (Alex) and Peter Grigg (Jane).

Interment at Woodland Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Connie are asked to consider the London Food Bank.
