She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Shoebottom and Helen Shoebottom; and her parents-in-law, Sydney Dowden and Josephine Dowden. She is survived by: her husband Walter Dowden; her daughters, Janet Dowden and Michelle Gillies (James); her grandchildren, Landen Gillies and Natalie Gillies; her brother George Shoebottom (Debbie); and her pets, Mya, Sadie and Cynthia. She is also survived by Many sister and brother in laws, as well as nieces and nephews.
