He is survived by: his aunt Carole Hammond; his uncles, Robert Eastwood and Ted Hammond; his siblings, Steven Ford (Cheryl), Katherine Ford (Richard) and Patricia Cook (Adam); his aunt Vera Eastwood (Vicky); his nieces, Justine Ford and Miranda Hill (Patrick); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Damian, Amelia, Elijah and Violet.
