He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Doherty and Irene Doherty; and his brothers, Stan and Frank Doherty. He is survived by: his children, Chris Doherty, Scott Doherty (Melissa) and Nicole Doherty; his grandchild Peyton; his siblings, Isabell Dowling (Wayne), Fred (Brenda), Ed, Lynda Fischer (Larry), Donna and Steven; and his sister-in-law Darlene Doherty.
