She is survived by: her children, Stephen Michael, Karen Michelle and Kathryn Nicole; her grandchildren, Madison Marie Gallant, Jordan Michelle Gallant, Rain Loretta Chladek and Keira Ashley Vera Chladek; her siblings, Marlene Louise York (Elliot), Paul Douglas Bennett and Daniel Mark Bennett; her parents, Ardath Jean Bennett (Colburne) and Elmer Lemuel Bennett; and her siblings, James Michael Bennett and Patti Elane Steinhoff (Bennett). She is also survived by wife, life-long partner in life and soul mate of George Noel Wilson who met her on a blind date arranged by mutual friends.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to make a memorial donation in Deb's name are asked to consider the London Health Sciences Centre or Parkwood Hospital.
