He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughters, Jennifer Van Haverbeke (Andrew Jones) and Amy Van Haverbeke (Chris Blake); his grandson Benjamin Blake; his brother Raymond Van Haverbeke (Georgina); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Stewart (Glenn) and Pam Wells (Rick).
