She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Metcalfe; her son Barry Thomas; and her brother Bobby Harlow. She is survived by: her children, Dyanne Wildman (Barry), Maureen Knight (Mark) and John Metcalfe (Pam); her grandchildren, Kim Wildman, Bryan Wildman, Jenn Benedetti (Greg), Shary-Beth Bridges (Martin), Jeff Metcalfe, Collin Knight (Alicia) and Joel Knight (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Boo-Boo, Victoria, Nicole, Ty, Jaxon, Braylon, Atleigh, Korsyn, Cedric, Errol, Colton, Oakley, Harlow and Theodore.

Those who wish to make a memorial donation in Dolly's name are asked to consider the London Humane Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
