He is survived by: his spouse Kim Albert (Foster); his daughters, Tara and Melissa (Ty McMillan); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Dallas and Ty McMillan II; and his siblings, Evelyn, Eugene (Nancy) and Steve (Michelle). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
