He is survived by: his wife Muriel; his children, Jerry Fairbairn and Cathy Fairbairn (Jerry Schmanda); his grandchildren, Nicole Dodge (Brian), Larissa Fairbairn (Jordan), Laurel Schmanda and Matthew Schmanda; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Dawson, Savannah, Mavis and Eliza; and his sisters, Gail and Brenda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
