He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cavener and Ella Percy; and his siblings, John, Roy, Charles, Eve and Ruby.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Sanders (James) and Kelly Cavener (Ray); his grandsons, Matthew (Rachel) and Michael (Amanda); and his friend Masons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
