With sadness, we share the passing of Douglas Hardy of London, Ontario. Douglas, born on January 18, 1933, passed away on September 29, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Douglas Hardy to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Alison Clare (Jim); his adoptive parents, Millie and Charles; his stepmother Dorothy Hardy; and his brother John Hardy.

He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Paul Hardy (Cinzia) and Janice Doyle (Rick); his grandchildren, Matthew Clare (Tasha), Megan Richards (Nathan), Ethan, Alessia, Lucas, Thomas Hardy, Heather Norris, Melissa Speller (Greg) and Tom Doyle (Stef); his great grandchildren, Gordon Clare, Lucy, Otis Richards, Jacob Norris and Miley Speller; his sister-in-law Joanne Andrews; and his half-sister Marilyn Pike (Bobby).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (220 St James St, London, ON N6A3H6).

Memorial contributions to Sarcoma Research Canada (https://sarcomaresearchcanada.org) or Wellspring London and Region would be appreciated.
