He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Cook. He is survived by: his children, Clifford Cook, Karen Cook of London, Diane Houghton of Barrie, Jeff Cook and Rosalind Pell of London; his brother Robert Cook of Belleville; his grandchildren, Matt, Sarah and James; and his great grandchild Mason.
