She was predeceased by: her husband John Fama; her parents, Otto Hermann and Meta Hermann; her brother Manfred Hermann; and her close friend Manfred Bauer.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Mathers; her sister-in-law Susan Hermann; her niece Tobi Siew (Rishi); her nephews, Keith (Jen) and Stephen Hermann; and her grandchildren, Isabel, Devi, Konnor, Max and Zander.
In keeping with her wishes, donations in her memory may be made to the London Humane Society.
