He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Cutter and Ursula Cutter (Waite); and his sister Sheila Gifford. He is survived by: his children, Jason, Paul and Amber Cutter; and his grandson Trey. He is also survived by his aunt, and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
