He was predeceased by: his spouse Paula Bailey; and his child Frank Bailey (Margaret). He is survived by: his children, Louie Bailey, Mary Ann Bailey (Mark), Frances Biasutto (Paul), Ed Bailey Junior and Kimmy Bailey; his grandchildren, Jason, Krista-Sue, Simon, Philip, Caleigh, Colin, Andrew, Christina, Dakota, Cody and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Eric, Brooke-Lyn, Jayda, Keygan, Kowan and Oakleigh; and his sister Babs. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
