She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Nichol and Chester Nichol; and her siblings, Tom, Ted and Judy.
She is survived by: her husband Warren; her children, Paul, Carrie (Peter), Leah (Ed) and Susan (Greg); her grandchildren, Doug, Alex, Dustin, Katrina, Amy, Ben, Carley and Renee; her sister Bonnie Foster; and her sister-in-law Beverley Stanley of Dunnville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Elaine's honour can be made to the St. Joseph's Hospice Centre, or to the Shriners Hospitals in care of Mocha Temple.
