She is survived by: her husband William Van Damme (Bill); her children, Michael Van Damme (Kim) of Sarnia, Melissa Routley (John) of London and Lindsey Van Damme (Andy) of Guelph; her grandchildren, Tessa, Christine, Cameron, Dawn, William and Alanna; and her brothers, Don McAdam of Brussels, Les McAdam of Manitoba and John McAdam of Grand Bend.
